Barcelona Flats

The Garden Flat in Barcelona is owned and managed by Rachel & Gideon Fielding, through their company Baraca Planet S.L. which is based in Barcelona, Spain.

We have lived in Catalonia for over 5 years in Castelldefels, Sitges and now on the Costa Brava. Before that we were living in London. We bought and renovated the flat in 2009 (it took a little longer than we planned!) because we enjoy staying in the city so much. We are sure you´ll like the flat and the city as much as we do.

Both the company Baraca Planet S.L. and the flat have been registered with the Ajuntament de Barcelona (Barcelona Town Council) as a flat that can be let out on a short term basis. This means that we have met certain requirements that ensure that the apartment is maintained to a high standard and that our neighbours are informed and agree to what we are doing.
